Visitor Visa Focus
United States
B1/B2 visitor visa guidance for tourism, family visits and business meetings – from Pakistan to every major US city.
Visitor visas for tourism, family visits and short business trips
A visitor visa allows you to travel temporarily to another country for holidays, meeting family, attending events, exploring universities or attending conferences. Each destination has its own rules, forms and documentation requirements, especially for Pakistani passport holders.
Countries we support:
United States (B1/B2), Canada, Australia (Subclass 600), Schengen Europe and Turkey.
Why guidance matters
Visitor visa refusals often happen due to weak travel plans, incomplete financial evidence or unclear ties to Pakistan. A well-prepared application explains your purpose of travel, shows that you can afford your trip and proves that you will return on time.

We analyse your profile, guide you on required documents, prepare visa forms, draft strong cover letters and coach you for embassy interviews or biometrics. Our focus is on clear documentation and a realistic travel plan that matches your background.

Visitor visa processing time – what to expect
Processing times can change frequently based on embassy workload, season and your case type. We recommend starting your application at least 6–12 weeks before travel so you can complete documentation, appointments and embassy decisions comfortably.
Typical timelines (for guidance only)

USA B1/B2: document preparation 1–2 weeks, interview wait time varies by city, decision usually within a few days after interview.

Canada: 1–2 weeks preparation, online processing commonly 4–10 weeks depending on volume.

United Kingdom (UK): 1–2 weeks preparation, decision typically 3–6 weeks after biometrics for most visitor categories.

Australia: 1–2 weeks preparation, online decision typically 3–8 weeks.

Schengen: 1 week preparation, embassy processing generally 2–4 weeks.

Turkey: document preparation 3–5 days, processing around 1–3 weeks for sticker visa; e‑Visa is usually much faster.
These are approximate timelines based on recent experience with Pakistani applicants. Jaggi Consultants will review current embassy trends at the time of your application.
